Feel free to arrive  any time from 4pm, where herbal tea and healthy snacks will await you. You'll also have access to your room right away. If it's a mad rush from work, don't panic. Just get to us when you can, even if you miss yoga and get to us for dinner, that's fine. 
7-8.15pm: Evening Yoga to arrive & ground.

8.30-10am: Dynamic morning Yoga
10.15am: Brunch, then free time to explore the grounds, walk in to Arundel, have treatments, relax in the sauna, swim.
1.30-2.30pm:  Yoga workshop: Delve deeper into yoga philosophy or a yogic theme. 
2.30pm: Light lunch, followed by free time (as above), you could also drive the 15 minute drive to the gorgeous sandy Littlehampton West beach. 
6-7.30pm: Evening Yin & Restorative Yoga
7.45pm: Dinner (3 courses)
9.15-9.45pm: Bedtime Yoga Nidra (Relaxing, sleep-induing guided meditation)

8am: Optional silent 'mindful' walk
8.30-10am: Dynamic morning Yoga
10.15am: Sunday morning fry-up (healthy yoga retreat style) followed by free time.
1-2pm: Raw chocolate & sweet treats workshop: Learn how to make delicious, healthy and sugar-free snacks to satisfy your sweet tooth. Followed by free time - perhaps an afternoon excursion to Littlehampton beach? Picnics can be provided for those who would like to go off site to explore.

5.30-7pm: Evening Yin & Restorative Yoga

Arundel station has direct links from London Victoria and London Bridge (1.5 hours). Arundel station is a 5 minute taxi ride from Brooklands. Call a cab with Castle Cars, located at Arundel Station (01903 884444). If you're driving, you may find that the postcode does not pinpoint the location exactly. These are the GPS coordinates: North 50.845250 West 0.572570 which you can enter into Google map or Sat Nav.​


Treat yourself to a pampering facial or massage (or both!) with one of wonderful holistic therapists. Treatments incur an extra cost of £30 for 30 mins or £45 for 60 mins and will be scheduled in free time over the weekend. Please email your choice of treatment before the retreat commences so we can book you in with a therapist.


You'll be looked after for the weekend by your yoga teacher and hostess, Charlie Anderson Sumner and your chef, Ceri Jones. Katy and Jenny, the massage therapists will also join you on the Saturday.

Designed around a central brick-paved courtyard, Brooklands Barn is a contemporary beautifully restored 19th barn, with exposed beams, roaring fires and floor to ceiling windows overlooking panoramic views of the stunning Arun Valley. Take the 15 minute walk to explore the historic market town of Arundel (with Arundel Castle views), or stay put in the 2 acres of private gardens at the barn. Bedrooms are newly refurbished and each have their own bathroom with Temple toiletries provided. We take a maximum of 15 guests on this retreat, with twin and private room options. 



Taking place in the custom built yoga studio with underfloor heating to ensure your warmest, cosiest savasana ever, yoga classes on this retreat will be suitable for all levels, offering modifications for those who want to challenge themselves or less demanding options for those new to yoga, or wanting to take it easy. The morning classes tend to be a dynamic 'Vinyasa Flow' style, with Hatha, Yin and Restorative classes in the evening. There will be a dedicated yoga workshop on the Saturday afternoon and a bedtime ‘Yoga Nidra’ (yoga sleep) guided meditation on Saturday night to help you snooze off to a long sleep. As well as practicing yoga 'asana', they'll also be opportunities to delve deeper into pranayama, meditation and yoga philosophy.  Yoga will be taught by Charlie Anderson, a highly experienced 500 hour yoga teacher with bags of knowledge and passion for yoga practice and philosophy. Yoga mats and props are provided, although you're welcome to bring your own. 



All meals will be lovingly prepared by Ceri Jones (aka Natural Kitchen Adventures). A certified Natural Chef, Ceri cooks with whole foods naturally devoid of gluten and refined sugar. You'll enjoy an abundance of colourful and nutritious vegetarian food and we guarantee you will not go hungry. What's more, you'll have the opportunity to try your hand at some healthy cooking with a 'Raw Chocolate & Sweet Treats' cooking workshop with Ceri on the Sunday. Ceri is always happy to chat the breeze on all things food and nutrition and sends many of our guests home feeling utterly inspired to try out new recipes.
