LONDON YOGA CLASS SCHEDULE

Stretching the City have been running our popular yoga classes from the Upper Hall of Claremont on Angel's White Lion Street since September 2011 and have a loyal following of lovely students. Our light and spacious hall is home to our Monday evening drop-in classes and 6 week beginners course. Classes run throughout the year, except for bank holidays.

For drop-in courses, there's no need to book and you can drop in whenever you fancy. However, you'll need to book a place on the courses. Yoga mats (and blocks and belts) are provided and newcomers warmly welcomed. Read some testimonials of our Angel yoga classes here.

Our Monday night classes are moving to their new home, Stretching Angel.

VINYASA FLOW: DROP IN CLASSES
An even balance of challenge and chill for those that like a little sweat with their stretch, Vinyasa flow classes will build strength, lengthen out tired muscles and provide a much-needed mental respite from your busy week. Moving to a regularly-changing playlist that includes the likes of Bonobo, Jamie XX and Nils Frahm (to name but a few) you'll be given the option to practice more challenging poses, or you can choose to take it easy with some less demanding versions. As you move through a series of 'vinyasa' sequences, weaved together with balances, twists, calming forward folds and invigorating backbends, you'll be encouraged to move instinctively and intuitively, getting out of your head and in to your body, as you indulge in a moving meditation and yoga practice all about you.
