Equipped with a positive money mindset from the previous workshop, put your newfound financial prowess in to your practice as you learn the nuts and bolts of personal finance practices in this second 60 minute workshop. Learn how to:

  • Effectively budget 
  • Save money each month 
  • Demystify ISAs and saving plans
  • Contribute to a pension
  • Be aware of the pitfalls of consolidation loans, bankruptcy and other financial disasters.

A 90 minute workshop combining the content of the two workshops above is available. 
Please note these workshops are facilitated by an executive coach with 18 years experience in investment banking as an equity trader. These workshops use coaching and behavioural change tools and are designed to educate rather than advise participants on financial choices. These workshops are not FSA (Financial Services Authority)  regulated.

Following attendance at one or both of the workshops mentioned above, we invite employees to partake in a 30 minute confidential 1:1 coaching session with the workshop leader. We recommend they come prepared with one specific topic or issue they wish to focus on.

1:1 Coaching for Maternity Returners

Returning to work after having a baby can be a daunting prospect. Our package of x3 1:1 coaching sessions is especially deigned for women returning to work after maternity leave. We recommend x2 sessions prior to the return, covering:

  • Confidence
  • Practical planning 
  • Getting the right mindset
  • Understanding priorities 
  • Identifying stakeholders

Followed by a 3rd session 1 month after return for ongoing support.

These workshops are delivered by Ruth, an executive coach with over 18 years experience in investment banking as an equity trader. Ruth holds a post graduate Certificate in Coaching and Behavioural Change from Henley Business School and is also a qualified MBTI psychometrics practitioner. Ruth is passionate about understanding people and behaviours, particularly in stressful and ambitious environments. 

Working Smarter
The corporate landscape is drastically changing. Flexible working, hot-desking and freelancing are commonplace in the 2017 office. But what effect do they have on employee’s productivity, time management and team morale? In this group coaching workshop, we’ll educate and empower employees with tools and strategies to perform at their very best and work smarter, regardless of when and where they are physically working.   • Prioritise, organise and create effective tasks lists
  • Implement effective strategies to persevere and avoid procrastination

For Mums and Dads parenting children of all ages, juggling a career with family life is no easy feat. Torn between priorities, it can be a struggle and challenge to feel like you are fulfilling both roles to the best of your ability. In this group coaching workshop, learn how to stay on top of your game as a working parent by playing to your strengths, establishing a support network and determining what ‘success’ means to you. This 60 minute workshop will cover:
