Indian Head Massage
Also known as Champissage, Indian Head Massage is a form of relaxation massage that focuses on the face, head, neck and shoulders, upper back and upper arms - all of which are important energy centres within the body. An ancient Indian Ayurvedic practice, Indian Head massage is the ideal way to get a person 'out of their head', far away from everyday emotional and mental stress, whilst also relieving built up tension, improving circulation and promoting clarity. Suitable for pregnant women from 14 weeks onwards.
* Although our therapists don't use oil, this treatment can leave your hair looking somewhat bedraggled, so we suggest having a hairbrush handy after this treatment.

Chair Massage: Back, Neck & Shoulder Massage
This massage focuses on ironing out tension in the neck, shoulders and upper back and is the ideal massage for when you're short on time. For many of us, our shoulders and neck are the area where we hold our stress, burdens and worries, so your therapist may use fingertips, knuckles, hands, elbows and forearms to release knots and areas of tightness around this area. You'll return to your desk feeling much more free and mobile around your neck and shoulders and far less likely to hunch and slump at your desk. The massages take place on a mobile massage chair, which the therapist provides.
Full body couch massage is also available.
All treatments (except couch massage) are performed over work clothes.
Based on the theory that different points of the feet correspond to different points of the body, reflexology is a deeply effective way to instantly de-stress whilst at work. Your therapist will use pressure applied to your the feet using their thumb and fingers in order to bring about a state of deep relaxation, stimulate the body’s own healing processes and help create a sense of wellbeing. Reflexologists do not cure, diagnose or prescribe, but instead can help the body to naturally restore it's balance, whilst also reducing tension and inducing relaxation.
