Surrounded by 700 acres of ancient forrest, 42 Acres is an incredible new retreat venue in Frome, Somerset. Sleeping in an opulent suite or sharing a luxe door with your retreat mates and practicing yoga in the beautiful 'yoga snug', we'll also immerse ourselves in the gorgeous surroundings, with long country walks and some Saturday night star gazing and hot chocolate around the bonfire.

Note, this retreat isn't run by Stretching the City, but by Polly Mason, a Stretching the City teacher who we wholeheartedly recommend and is catered by Ceri Jones, who you will know as an incredible natural food chef from Stretching the City retreats.

GREEN ESCAPE, OCKLEY, SURREY
This one-of-a-kind glamping venue will take you to back to basics and amongst nature, whilst still providing the creature comforts of hot showers, roaring fires and cosy beds. We'll have exclusive use of 6 acres of woodland all to ourselves with only cows and llamas for neighbours. Sleeping in cosy, kitsch shepherds huts by night, your days will be spent practicing yoga and meditation, walking to the top of Leith Hill if you're feeling energetic, or swinging in a hammock with a good book if you're not. See you around the campfire for some organic hot chocolate!
As much as we love Stretching the City, we're also fond of escaping the big smoke for a weekend of wellbeing in the Sussex, Somerset and Surrey countryside. Our weekend yoga retreats are designed with the busy professional in mind and are designed to blend the perfect mix of healthy activities with relaxing down-time. Fusing twice-daily yoga with healthy wholesome foods, the fresh countryside air, wellbeing workshops, pampering treatments and the company of like minded souls, our aim is that you leave the weekend feeling suitably de-stressed, stretched-out and with a Stretching the City retreat spring in your step.
