Treat yourself to a pampering massage  with one of wonderful holistic therapists in a cosy shepherd's huts on site. Treatments incur an extra cost of £30 for 30 mins or £45 for 60 mins and will be scheduled in free time over the weekend. 


You'll be looked after for the weekend by your yoga teacher and hostess, Charlie Anderson (28-30 July) and Polly Mason (4-6 August). Your chef will be Ceri Jones. Katy and Jenny, the massage therapists will also join you on the Saturday.

You're welcome to join us from 4pm on the Friday and the retreat finishes just after 3pm on the Sunday. (Due to the Prudential bike ride on 30 July causing local roads to the closed, the retreat will finish at 4pm on Sunday 30 July) 

Feel free to arrive  any time from 4pm, where herbal tea and healthy snacks will await you. You'll also have access
to your hut right away. If it's a mad rush from work, don't panic. Just get to us when you can, even if you
miss yoga and get to us for dinner, that's fine. 
7-8.15pm: Evening Yoga to arrive & ground.
8.30pm: 3 course vegetarian gluten & dairy-free feast.

8.30-10am: Dynamic morning Yoga
10.15am: Brunch, then free time
1-2pm: Cooking workshop: Summer Salads & Delicious Dressings -  Discover the best summer salad combinations of healthy grains, fresh, seasonal ingredients and dreamy dressings to drizzle over them with your retreat natural food chef, Ceri.
2.15pm: Light lunch, followed by free time
4-5pm: Yoga workshop with Charlie 
5.30-7pm: Evening Yin & Restorative Yoga
7.15pm: Dinner (3 courses)
8.30pm-9.30pm: Campfire circle & Bedtime Yoga Nidra (Relaxing, sleep-induing guided meditation)

8-10am: Morning Yoga
10.15am: Sunday morning Fry-Up (Healthy yoga retreat style)
12.30-2pm: Walk to the top of Leith Hill, the highest point in SE England
2.15pm: Light snack

You'll stay at the in an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, sleeping in beautifully-furnished shepherd's huts, kept warm and dry all year round by wood-burning stoves.  Don't worry, the shepherd's huts are very toasty! With exclusive use of this 20-person site we'll enjoy 6 acres of secluded woodland all to ourselves, with just sheep and llamas for neighbours. We'll have a truly zero carbon experience with compost loos, solar showers (with plenty of hot water), limited phone reception & no electricity - perfect for disconnecting from digital distractions and star gazing around the campfire instead. The nearest train station from London is Dorking, which is 6 miles and a 10/15 minute taxi ride away. We'll suggest which train to catch to Dorking when you make the booking and hook you up with fellow train travellers to share taxi costs.



Mixing up detoxifying dynamic sequences with longer held poses, the yoga classes will be modified to suit all levels of yogis , so you'll enjoy a mix of styles and experience. Over the weekend we’ll explore all manner of poses, pranayama and meditation techniques, culminating in a soothing ‘yin’ yoga session on the Sunday. As a rule, morning classes will be more dynamic and evening classes more restorative. There will also be the option of a 1 hour yoga workshop on a topic of the guest's choice - be it yoga philosophy or arm balances! Yoga and meditation will take place in the communal 'straw bales' building, which has wooden floors and a wood burning stove. Yoga will be taught by  Charlie Anderson or Polly Mason.


All meals will be lovingly prepared by Ceri Jones (aka Natural Kitchen Adventures). A certified Natural Chef, Ceri cooks with whole foods naturally devoid of gluten and refined sugar. You'll enjoy an abundance of colourful and nutritious vegetarian food and we guarantee you will not go hungry. What's more, you'll have the opportunity to try your hand at some healthy cooking with a cooking workshop with Ceri on the Sunday. Ceri is always happy to chat the breeze on all things food and nutrition and sends many of our guests home feeling utterly inspired to try out new recipes.
