Leaving behind her 20 year career in advertising and marketing, Rebecca trained as a nutritional health coach now delivers nutrition talks, workshops & coaching sessions to our corporate clients.
Lucy is a Body Arts and Science International comprehensively certified Pilates teacher. She has a background in dance through which she was first introduced to the Pilates repertoire to support her training. Lucy enjoys teaching clients of all ability. She teaches because she wants to connect people to their physical bodies. Lucy is truly passionate about teaching Pilates, and strives to continually enhance her skills through daily self practice and continued education
Theresa first took up Pilates in 2003 following a back injury, and after experiencing the benefits of Pilates, she qualified as a Stott Pilates instructor in 2010. Theresa is also trained in post-natal Pilates and is a fully-qualified acupuncturist. Both Pilates and acupuncture feed Theresa’s interest in the mind-body connection between activity and health.
Chloe is a trained dancer that turned to Pilates in order to recover from injury. Her growing interest in injury prevention, alignment of the body and mindful exercise led her to obtain Mat certification from internationally acclaimed organisation STOTT Pilates and a Level 3 NYQ qualification in Mat Pilates. Her key objective is to share her knowledge and experience and help others lead a mindful, healthier and happier life.
Julie found her way on to the yoga mat over 7 years ago during her acting degree. Realising the hugely beneficial and positive influence yoga had on all aspects of her life, Julie trained with leading London yoga teachers and today teaches her playful and dynamic vinyasa flow yoga classes to Stretching the City corporate yoga clients.
'Free your Spine & the rest will follow' is Nadia's mantra when teaching her popular Pilates classes. Trained in Body Control Pilates, Level 3 Matwork and Garuda Dhara (Chair), Nadia draws on the body control Pilates method to release tension, open up hip joints, mobilise the shoulder girdle, lengthen out the spine and strengthen the deep abdominal muscles while working the big and small muscles groups.
James is a mindfulness teacher who developed his personal practice and theoretical understanding through the MSc Studies in Mindfulness at the University of Aberdeen. The course teachings of mindfulness, compassion, insight and wisdom underpin his work in the private, public and charity sectors. James has also received additional training from The Mindfulness Association and The Oxford Mindfulness Centre.
A graduate of Social Psychology and Sociology, Laura delivers our 'Managing Digital Distractions' programme. She had her lightbulb moment on an early morning train surrounded by commuters utterly engrossed in their phones. A few months later, she launched her unique programme to help people manage their digital distractions and bring balance and control into their lives through workshops and digital technology management programmes.
Sally-Anne explored her love of Yoga by experimenting with Ashtanga, Hatha, Iyengar and Bikram, finally discovering a style she loved in Jivamukti and Vinyasa Flow. Sally-Anne’s energising classes, incorporate the deep wisdom of Ayurveda, having trained with Quantum Yoga Founders, Lara Baumann and Judith Daniels. She offers students a playful and thoughtful space to learn and progress alongside a soundtrack of excellent tunes and inspiring sequences.
A practicing psychotherapist, with a well-grounded background in yoga, physiology, neuroscience and psychology, Hope is our resident mindfulness meditation teacher. Having studied meditation with Burmese monks and mindfulness with Dr Collard (author of MBCT for Dummies), Hope now creates and delivers corporate mindfulness classes and courses.
Graduating from University with a Law degree and working in a corporate world, Shireen travelled the world for 3 years. Upon returning to London she decided to change her life dramatically and undertook training in yoga, pilates, massage therapy and life coaching. Shireen has an ITEC level 3 Diploma in body massage as well as internationally recognised qualifications in Swedish, Holistic, Deep Tissue and On site Chair Massage.
Ruth is a massage therapist & yoga teacher. After a 15 year career in professional dance, Ruth came to the yogic path and gained her certification from Triyoga London in 2010. Ruth is interested in the physical practice being an exploration for developing self-awareness, acceptance and compassion. A self-confessed anatomy geek, Ruth believes alignment can create support and spaciousness in the body for energy to flow freely.
Hailing from a background in events, Polly is the perfect yoga teacher to host and ensure the smooth running of our yoga retreats. A former theatre and movement director, Zoe knows all about mindful movement and the power of the connection of body and mind. Zoe’s been on the London yoga teaching scene for 5 years now and has a busy schedule of Stretching the City corporate and private classes. Multi-talented, Zoe teaches yoga and Pilates for us. Zoe loves inversions and hanging out with her dog.
Turning to yoga during tough times working in the entertainment industry as an actress and dancer, Naomi is a highly experienced 500 hour qualified yoga teacher, specialising in yin and vinyasa flow yoga. Weaving in the teachings of spiritual influences and drawing on her many trainings with London's top teachers, Naomi's classes are not to be missed.
Practicing yoga for 10 years, Sarah has dabbled in a variety of styles before settling on Vinyasa Flow as her preferred style to teach and practice. Her classes are energising, dynamic and strength-building, whilst always including a relaxing guided savasana (relaxation). Beyond the yoga mat, Sarah is passionate about environmental issues, sustainability and nutrition.
Meredith, originally from Canada is a classically trained dancer, who started practising Pilates as a way to maintain strength and flexibility and then made the decision to become a teacher. Meredith is an experienced teacher in both dance and Pilates, working with students of all ages and abilities from beginners looking to add movement and fitness into their life to professionals who move for a living including dancers from the National Ballet of Canada.
Leaving behind a stressful career in the software industry, Beatrice embarked on intensive training in yoga and meditation, most notably a diploma in yoga education and completion of a training retreat at Plum Village with Buddhist master, Thich Nhat Hanh. Beatrice believes in the power of meditation to attain balance, manage emotions and to reduce daily stress and delivers her yoga and meditation classes in her typical intuitive, progressive and tailor-made style.
Having had tight hamstrings and hips her whole life, Karen understands how challenging a yoga practice can be for most. When we first met Karen we were immediately struck by her kindness and warmth. It’s no surprise then, that her vinyasa flow, restorative and pregnancy yoga classes are friendly, deeply nurturing and accessible for all.
Claire losing her father made her realise how unhappy she was with her life as a lawyer. After discovering her love for running and completing three marathons in a month for charity, she became aware of what she was putting in her body. Claire went on to study Nutrition and loved learning about, talking about and creating good food and eventually quit her job as a lawyer to help people on their own journey to health.
Having trained with the who’s who of the London yoga scene back in 2010, Richard is a vessel of yoga knowledge and expertise. His Hatha, Vinyasa flow and restorative classes focus firmly on alignment and he’s also a thoroughly nice chap - travelling the length and breadth of London to teach classes, all with a seemingly constant smile on his face.
With a background in dance and movement and 10 years of yoga study under her belt, Emma has been teaching since ’12. Emma’s vinyasa flow classes are inspired by her Iyengar, Ashanga and Jivamukti practice, but also include mindful movement and some restorative yin poses. When not on the mat, Emma works as a speech & language therapist in critical care and looks after her little boy.
A qualified CIPD HR Practitioner and Trainer, Lisa draws on 30 years HR experience to provide bespoke and strategic HR consultancy services. Lisa is passionate about training, coaching and mentoring managers with people management responsibility, enabling them to actively identify and grow in confidence to manage and support their teams.
Natural Chef, Ceri Jones completed her professional training as Natural Chef at Bauman College of Holistic Nutrition and Culinary Arts near San Francisco. Combining her passion for healthy food and nutrition with a love of cooking, exploring new recipes with fresh, Ceri now works as a freelance instructor, recipe writer and chef.
Hannah began her training as a dancer, first at The Royal Ballet School and then at the London Studio Centre, before studying Pilates and becoming a qualified Body Control mat work teacher. Hannah believes in being a teacher, not just an instructor, and prides herself on providing a hands-on experience and solid foundation upon which her students can develop.
Karen teaches Hatha and Dynamic Vinyasa yoga, with creative sequencing, uplifting music, and focus on safe alignment and working with the breath. She also teaches Yin and Restorative yoga, often blending these two together for a delicious relaxing stretch. Practicing since ’01, Karen is a dedicated student as well as teacher and is accredited by the British Wheel of Yoga.

Rosemarie is a long time Yogi having done her first teacher training in 1999. Her classes are holistic, grounded and with a contemporary vinyasa flow twist. She is fully qualified and insured with the British Wheel of Yoga BWY (500 hours), as well as teacher trained in Sivananda (200 hours).
Natalie took up running and yoga at the age of 15 and carried on with these throughout her corporate career. Now an established yoga teacher, Personal Trainer, mindfulness facilitator and health coach, she integrates many different practices to help her students and clients find a greater sense of freedom in their bodies and hearts.
A nutritional therapist and Pilates teacher, Kaysha is passionate about all things health and wellbeing. Trained in the ‘BASI” style of Pilates, Kaysha merges the traditional teachings of Jospeh Pilates with a contemporary flow, whereby one exercise seamlessly flows in to the next, thus keeping the class moving at a steady pace.
As a part-time city solicitor and mindfulness teacher, Ruth is well aware of the benefits of mindfulness meditation in the work place. Ruth trained with Bangor University Centre for Mindfulness Research & Practice, is a dedicated meditation practitioner and teacher and is passionate about using mindfulness to create space in city environments and promoting wellbeing at work. Originally hailing from Athens, Sakis is a Pilates, Aerial Yoga and TRX teacher. Teaching mat-based Pilates to our corporate clients, Sakis follows a classical Pilates practice and has a keen interest in physiotherapy, postural alignment and managing back care. Passionate about all things body and movement, Sakis is also a keen cyclist, swimmer and healthy food cook.
A Jill of all trades, Sian is a trained actor and dancer, as well as a brilliant yoga teacher. Following a yoga training in India over 4 years ago, Sian has developed a strong, yet playful style of hatha and vinyasa flow yoga. Our corporate clients love Sian – especially when she takes their classes in the park on sunny days.
Alison is Remedial Massage Therapist, Reiki Master and Natural Chef as well as teaching at The London College of Massage where she first studied. She specialises in deep tissue, hot stone massage and often intertwines reiki energy healing along with the use of a variety of crystals during her treatments. From travelling around the world she has developed a passion for food and has recently completed a Diploma at The College of Naturopathic Medicine.
Charlotte trained and performed as a Ballet and Contemporary dancer then became a model and actress. Throughout her career, Pilates has always been a fundamental part of her training and then after a serious accident part of her rehabilitation program. Charlotte has also trained and explored other disciplines such as Yoga, Laban Movement Psychology plus Bowen and Alexander Technique.
A former professional bass player for the likes of Beyonce & Joss Stone, Pete turned to yoga and meditation over 12 years ago to help alleviate the stresses and strain of touring. Hooked by the radical changes he experienced, Pete went on to study with some of the world’s leading spiritual teachers and today teaches zen meditation, pranayama, yoga and philosophy to corporate cloents and students all over London.
A self-confessed anatomy nerd and music lover, Barbara (Babs) teaches slow-paced, playful flow classes. Keeping things safe with correct anatomical alignment, yet light-hearted with creative sequences and playful poses - all to an accompanying meticulously curated soundtrack. We love Babs’ infectious enthusiasm for yoga and her unwavering wish to keep on learning.
Jill’s yoga classes are Hatha Yoga with a strong Scaravelli influence, moving towards slow flow or more dynamic movements. They include elements of breathing, meditation, mindfulness and movement, as well as Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep) Jill is also specifically trained in Pregnancy Yoga and Restorative Yoga and provides a fun and down-to-earth environment for everyone to explore their own body, mind and emotions.
We love Clare’s creatively sequences yoga flow classes. Slow enough to be mindful, but with enough pace to feel your endorphins peak, Clare encourages her students to let go of rules and parameters and instead move with curiosity and creativity. Tatu’s lifelong passion for food and creating in the kitchen started at the age of three helping her Mother. Tatu went on to train as a Naturopathic Nutritionist and creates delicious but healthy food that tends to be a fusion of different styles and skills influenced by a diverse upbringing and exposure to cultures worldwide. Her food has influences from Northern Africa, Eastern Africa and India, the Middle East and South East Asia.
Qualifying in Thailand in 2009, Hristina has taught and studied yoga all over the world. With a degree in languages & literature and a fashion career behind her, Hristina knows all about a fast-paced lifestyle and the magic of yoga to help manage it. Hristina teaches ayurveda-inspired dynamic flow yoga & restorative yoga therapy for back care and mental health.
A qualified nutritional therapist and member of BANT (the professional regulating body for nutritional therapy) Lily delivers our corporate nutrition workshops, alongside seeing clients in her busy Chelsea clinic, writing about nutrition for top broadsheets and magazines and popping up on our TV screens with regular appearances on ITV. Lily also has a degree in food and human nutrition.
Rosie qualified as a Nutritional Therapist in 2010. In 2014 she developed Adrenal Fatigue and has been on a long journey of recovery ever since. Now she is 90% recovered she specialises in fatigue, burnout and stress - helping clients regain their energy with simple changes to their diet and lifestyle. Rosie is also the founder of Dynabites, a trio of healthy energy bars.
Margherita started her journey with Massage and Aromatherapy before going on to get a degree in Ayurvedic medicine and a diploma in Reflexology, training in India, England, Italy and Germany. She has a special interest in women health and she coaches women during their pregnancy following the tradition of oriental medical wisdom.
A former professional dancer, Amanda’s dynamic style of teaching takes cues from ballet, music, breathwork and alignment. Her students are lead through a meditative flow of movement that builds strength and flexibility. Our local South Londoner, Amanda teaches yoga to our corporate and private clients.
Lucie is a health and Wellbeing Consultant and Journalist. Hiring a Health Coach in 2014 was the kick start to eating better, exercise and to gain a slight work/life balance. After spending a year educating herself on health and nutrition she enrolled at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and began on a new path to help others like her to find a way to take control again, find their ideal work/life balance and feel their best.
A self-confessed ‘dreamer, story-teller and unstoppable thinker’, Thania is our resident Greek Goddess who teaches corporate, 1on1 and beginners yoga courses. Trained in Vinyasa Flow, Thania includes inspiration from Ayurveda, the Alexander Technique… and her magical storytelling in her classes.

Jill's background is in Training, Consulting and Business Development (for over 10 years), and for the last 5 years she has moved specifically into the wellbeing space, as a qualified yoga teacher, life and business coach. More recently, Jill has trained in mental health prevention and management, with the mental health charity Mind. Jill’s work is underpinned by CBT, positive psychology and an understanding of modern neuroscience. Her delivery style is warm, energetic and very engaging.
A truly international yogi, Cat discovered yoga in Malaysia in 1998 and has since taught and trained in yoga all over the world. Inspired by the Ashtanga and Jivamukti methods, Cat teaches a dynamic flow for the first half of her class, before taking it down a notch with some yin and restorative poses for the latter half. Her classes go down a treat with our West London corporate clients.
Miranda has over 15 years experience in bodywork and natural health and is a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists. She trained in contemporary dance in New York before becoming fascinated by the body and effects of posture. Miranda is fully aware of the extent the body can be challenged and looks at massage and soft tissue therapy as not just a remedy but a preventative to help protect the body as well as provide relief from aches and pains.
Sam has worked as a massage therapist for 7 years and has a level 4 Holistic Massage Diploma, training with MTI as well as being trained in Aromatherapy. Sam works with clients with muscle tightness caused by stress and has volunteered as an Aromatherapist with The University College London Hospital, providing treatments for patients with variety of medical conditions including cancer and HIV and other long term care patients.
Alice is a firm believer in seeing yoga as an exciting journey to be explored. She teaches vinyasa flow and prenatal yoga from a place that is inclusive, nurturing and open, encouraging students to tune into their innate wisdom. Through yoga, Alice has personally developed more self-awareness and a much richer understanding of her actions, behaviours and thought processes.
Morrighan grew up in the Highlands of Scotland before moving to London to pursue a career in contemporary dance. Having practiced Pilates extensively during her dance training, Morrighan completed her STOTT Pilates Ma twork instructor training. Morrighan loves being able to share her knowledge with others in group classes and private sessions, and enjoys helping people find a little more strength, balance and empowerment.
Inspired by the positive impact that 5 years of daily meditation had on her own life, Julie qualified as a Meditation & Mindfulness teacher with the British School of Meditation. Integrating the teachings of Jon Kabit-Zinn with her own bespoke techniques, Julie believes in sharing meditation with people from all walks of like and regularly delivers mindfulness programmes to corporate organisations, schools and ADHD sufferers.
Professional butt-kicker, Caroline is a Pilates teacher and personal trainer, specialising in group and 1:1 classes. When not teaching at some of London's top studios, Caroline is helping pregnant women and new Mums with her pre and post natal workouts. Charlotte is trained in therapeutic, deep tissue and 'Advanced Clinical Massage Therapy', a programme designed to help people with chronic conditions manage pain. She completed her initial training in 2009 and now practices in London. Charlotte responds intuitively to each person, She believes bringing our full attention and presence to a sensitive touch is deeply therapeutic.
